AI Video Producer

to lead the creation of engaging and high-quality video content across platforms like

YouTube

Instagram Reels

,

YouTube Shorts

, and

news-based animations

. You'll leverage AI tools to produce videos efficiently--turning scripts, data, or trends into captivating short-form and long-form content.

This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about digital storytelling, understands content trends, and isn't afraid to experiment with AI and automation tools to scale content production.

Responsibilities:

Create compelling short-form and long-form video content using AI tools (text-to-video, animation, voiceover, etc.). Produce and edit videos tailored for YouTube, Shorts, Reels, and other social platforms. Collaborate with content writers, marketers, and designers to bring ideas to life. Use AI video generation platforms like Pictory, Synthesia, Runway, Descript, etc. to streamline production. Develop animated explainer/news-style videos using templates or AI motion tools. Keep up with platform-specific trends to ensure content relevance and high engagement. Optimize videos for SEO, thumbnails, titles, and publishing schedules. Monitor performance analytics to iterate and improve content.
Requirements:

Proven experience in video production, especially digital/social platforms. Hands-on experience with AI video tools (Pictory, Lumen5, Runway, Descript, or similar). Basic understanding of animation, voice-over, and motion graphics. Strong storytelling and visual communication skills. Familiarity with content strategies for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc. Self-driven, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

Background in journalism, media, or digital news. Experience creating faceless YouTube videos or automating content pipelines. Basic knowledge of generative AI, prompt engineering, or video scripting tools.
