About the Role
Bansal Productions is building the world's first AI-powered Bollywood studio, reimagining epics through technology and creativity. We are seeking a highly skilled and imaginative AI Video Producer who can transform written scripts and storyboards into compelling cinematic experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert scripts and storyboards into high-quality cinematic videos.
Create and refine characters, environments, and visual sequences for storytelling.
Apply motion capture and animation techniques for action and dance sequences.
Sync dialogues, narration, and music with visuals for seamless output.
Collaborate with writers, creative directors, VFX artists, and editors to bring stories to life.
Experiment with new AI-driven workflows to enhance production quality and efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in video production, animation, or VFX.
Strong understanding of cinematography, storytelling, and visual design principles.
Ability to integrate script, visuals, sound, and performance into engaging video content.
Familiarity with AI-driven video generation, editing, and creative pipelines.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in film production, animation, or digital storytelling.
Degree/Diploma in Film, Multimedia, Animation, or Computer Graphics.
Portfolio of script-to-video projects (short films, ads, or creative AI projects).
