Job Description

We are looking for an AI-driven video editor who loves experimenting with new tools and creating fast, high-impact content. If you can turn raw footage and AI-generated assets into engaging videos that feel fresh, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing and AI Content Production

Edit high-quality short and long-form videos for social media, ads, and campaigns Use AI tools for smart clipping, scene detection, and automated enhancements Create engaging video content that supports performance marketing goals Keep up with fast-moving video trends and platform best practices

Motion Graphics and Visual Enhancements

Add impactful text animations, transitions, and motion graphics Work in After Effects and AI-based tools to produce strong visual effects Build templates and presets to speed up content production

AI-Powered Workflow and Automation

Use AI platforms like Runway ML, Adobe Sensei, Pika Labs and similar tools to support post-production Apply AI for color correction, background cleanup, sound improvements, and auto captions Experiment with new AI capabilities to boost quality and productivity

Collaboration and Creative Strategy

Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams on video ideas and execution Use audience insights and performance data to guide editing style and format choices Contribute to script ideas, storyboarding, and creative brainstorming

Post-Production and Quality Control

Deliver polished videos with clean color, sound, and transitions Adapt videos for multiple formats and aspect ratios across platforms Maintain brand consistency and improve storytelling throughout each project

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci) Experience with AI tools like Runway, Stable Video, Pika Labs, Midjourney, D-ID, etc. Understanding of social media formats and digital storytelling Good sense of timing, color, sound, and visual rhythm Creative mindset and ability to think visually

Nice to Have

Motion graphics experience (After Effects) Knowledge of AI voice and avatar tools Basic photography/videography skills
