Qualifications
Degree / Diploma / Experience Certifications in developing content
Proven Niche Skill viz. AI generated video creation (with more than 25 hours of published content in social media)
Basic Knowledge of basic auto industry and advertising and marketing functions
All education qualifications must be from AICTE/UGC approved institutes
Work Experience
2-6 years in a content creation / design / publication house
This is a Contractual position with Maruti Suzuki India Limited
Purpose :
To conceptualize, design, and produce high-impact video and static content using advanced generative AI platforms. This role combines creative design expertise with prompt engineering to deliver innovative and engaging multimedia assets that align with brand and campaign objectives of MSIL.
Principal Accountabilities :

• Design and develop engaging video and static content for various social and digital platforms and campaigns.
• Utilize generative AI tools to create high-quality, innovative video content.
• Write effective and optimized prompts to guide AI content generation.
• Constantly collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to align content with brand strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI-driven content creation in the industry to retain the competitive edge of our campaigns.
• Expertise in understanding the psychology of customer behaviour and link them to social media channels seeking to capture long term mind share of multi generational customer

• Writing precise prompts to consistently generate high-quality content.
• Maintaining brand consistency across AI-generated visuals.

• Navigating ethical and legal concerns around AI-generated media to safeguard the interests of MSIL.
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders within and outside the MNS vertical

Key Decisions :

• Continuously Choosing the most suitable generative AI platform/s for specific content needs.
• Deciding on appropriate prompt structure to achieve desired creative outcomes.
• Selecting visual styles and formats that align with MSIL's corporate brand guidelines.
• Self-evaluating the quality and relevance of AI-generated content.
• Determining when to use AI-generated assets versus manual designs for optimising costs and enhancing accuracy.
• Balancing innovation with consistency across multimedia campaigns.

Assessing ethical implications of AI-generated media before external publication
Primarily an Individual contributor but specialist / expert profile. Works with a network of people rather than a direct team
