About the role
We are looking to hire creative Vibe Coder to join our innovative team. The candidate will be responsible for creating software and experiences that align with user expectations. The candidate should have a sound grasp of modern web and mobile technologies and scalable backend systems.
The candidate is expected to use Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit, Windsurf, Zapier etc. These tools would be used to achieve the following.
Rapid prototyping to understand client needs
Iterative development
Productivity in the development lifecycle
An ideal candidate is expected to have a flair for picking new tools quickly. The position offers a steep learning curve, with significant exposure of working directly with global clients.
Expected skills:
Good written and spoken communication skills
Sound problem solving capability
Ability to quickly learn new vibe coding platforms and the relevant prompts
Appreciation of UI/UX elements
Understanding of development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment and documentation
Understanding of full stack architectures
Knowledge of web & mobile development technologies
Knowledge of programming languages such as NodeJS, Python, Java, SQL
