Trainer - Roles & Responsibilities (Part-Time / Full-Time)

The Trainer will be responsible for supporting the academic delivery of Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC) programs in coordination with the University's in-house faculty. The key responsibilities include:

Training Delivery Support:

Assist university faculty during classroom sessions and capstone project guidance. Ensure smooth execution of practical and theory-based sessions as per the curriculum. Conduct online sessions as and when required.

Academic Coordination:

Align and coordinate with university teams for academic schedules, timetables, and curriculum planning. Support in maintaining training quality and adherence to academic timelines.

Student Management & Monitoring:

Ensure student attendance is regularly recorded and reported. Maintain discipline and engagement during sessions. Facilitate and mentor students during project-based learning activities.

Reporting & Documentation:

Submit daily geo-tagged pictures and session updates. Share daily/weekly progress reports with the Academic Operations team. Communicate promptly about any operational or academic concerns.

Quality Assurance & Feedback:

Ensure the use of updated training materials, quizzes, and assignments. Collect and share feedback from students and faculty for continual improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
