Job Summary

We are seeking a Trainer to join our team. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to educate employees on various technical topics, including machine learning frameworks, TensorFlow, C, analytics, Hadoop, big data, quantum engineering, machine learning, ETL, and Talend.

Responsibilities

Develop training materials and curriculum based on the needs of the organization Conduct training sessions for employees on technical subjects related to machine learning, analytics, big data, and more Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to enhance their technical skills Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in training methodologies

Requirements

Proven experience working with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow Proficiency in programming languages like C Strong knowledge of analytics, Hadoop, big data, quantum engineering, machine learning, ETL, and Talend Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to adapt training content to meet the needs of diverse learners Certification in training or relevant field is a plus
