Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic AI Trainer to design, deliver, and enhance training programs focused on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will possess both strong technical expertise and a passion for teaching, helping learners develop practical AI skills that meet current industry standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and hands-on sessions on AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Data Science. Design and update training materials, projects, and assessments based on the latest industry trends and tools. Mentor and support students during their learning journey, assisting with projects and clarifying technical concepts. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with curriculum designers and academic teams to continuously improve course quality. Conduct live sessions, webinars, and doubt-clearing classes as part of the online/offline training model. Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and AI tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field. Proven experience in AI model development, machine learning, or data science. Proficiency with Python, Jupyter Notebook, and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Prior experience as a trainer, faculty member, or mentor in an EdTech or academic environment preferred. Preferred Qualifications Industry certifications in AI/ML or Data Science (e.g., Coursera, Microsoft, or Google AI). Experience with AI applications such as chatbots, computer vision, or predictive analytics. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI services).
