We are seeking an

AI Trainer

to support the development, testing, and improvement of Artificial Intelligence systems. The role involves curating, labeling, and evaluating data, as well as providing feedback to enhance the performance, accuracy, and safety of AI models. The AI Trainer will work closely with technical teams to ensure high-quality outputs aligned with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and label datasets for AI/ML model training. Evaluate and test AI model outputs for accuracy, bias, and consistency. Provide clear and detailed feedback to improve AI system performance. Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product teams to refine model behavior. Develop training guidelines, annotation protocols, and quality standards. Research domain-specific knowledge to train AI systems in specialized areas. Ensure compliance with ethical standards, data privacy, and organizational policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to spot inconsistencies in large datasets. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with

data annotation tools

or dataset management platforms. Knowledge of programming languages such as

Python or SQL

. Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Understanding of ethical AI, data bias, and model evaluation. Multilingual abilities (for language model training roles).
