Designing and delivering workshops for leaders on AI literacy, specifically how to identify high-impact use cases and differentiate between "hype" and strategic fit.
AI Roadmap Development:
Assisting management in building a long-term deployment strategy, from initial pilot projects to full-scale enterprise integration.
Required Skills
High-Level AI Literacy: Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and predictive analytics without requiring deep-level programming.
Analytical Decision-Making: Proficiency in evaluating AI performance metrics (accuracy, reliability) from a business impact perspective
