Key Responsibilities:

Train and evaluate AI models by

labeling, annotating, and curating datasets

across various domains. Provide

feedback on AI-generated responses

, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and contextual understanding. Develop and maintain

guidelines for data quality

and annotation standards. Work with technical teams to

analyze model performance

and identify areas of improvement. Contribute to the

design of training workflows

, experiments, and evaluation frameworks. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3 Years

of Experience in

AI model training

annotation

, or

data curation

. Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Linguistics, or related field

. Strong

analytical and problem-solving skills

. Excellent command of

English language

(writing and comprehension). Detail-oriented with the ability to handle

large volumes of data

accurately. Basic understanding of

AI concepts

and data labeling processes. Ability to follow complex instructions and maintain

consistency

in work quality. Familiarity with

prompt engineering
