Role Summary:
We are looking for an accomplished Technical Lead with 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Python programming, software design, Generative AI utilizing Open AI, Cloud AI technologies proficiency in DevOps practices. As a Technical Lead, they will spearhead the development of innovative and complex projects, manage a team of skilled developers, and contribute to the integration of AI, Cloud, DevOps and microservices into our solutions.
Prerequisites:
Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of hands-on software development experience, with an emphasis on Python programming languages and Generative AI capabilities.

Desirable qualities

• Expertise in software design principles, encompassing architecture, design patterns, and coding best practices.
• Knowledge of AI technologies, including Open AI or Azure AI services with a proven ability to apply AI solutions to real-world problems.
• Experience with Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Experience with implementing RAG for Gen AI application.
• Knowledge of AWS Bedrock.
• Experience in core concepts of Generative AI like Langchain, RAG, Vector DB, Llama Index, Embeddings, Guardrails, AI Agents etc.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS and Azure) and microservices architecture.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, demonstrated through successful project deliveries and team collaborations.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying intricate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development tools.
• Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative coding practices.
• Track record of overseeing projects from conception to completion, coupled with a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies.
• Testing and Validation

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of technical professionals in the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of advanced software projects, specializing in AI and Cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into well-defined technical strategies and plans.
• Architect scalable and efficient software systems, adhering to best practices in software design, architecture, and development.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering their growth, skill enhancement, and career advancement.
• Lead code reviews, ensuring code quality, security, and adherence to coding standards and guidelines.
• Hands-on development using Python, setting high standards for code quality, efficiency, and innovation.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI technologies (including Open AI and Cloud AI Services), Cloud services (AWS and Azure), and DevOps practices.
• Evaluate and implement AI solutions, integrating AI capabilities into software products to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for the incorporation of AI, Cloud, and DevOps into existing and future projects.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges, offering effective solutions and guidance to the team.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, offer technical insights, and ensure alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
