Job Description

• Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks
• Hands-on with Generative AI, LangChain, LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, GPT), and Vector DBs
• Deep understanding of AI architecture, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques
• Knowledge of Face Recognition systems, NLP/Chatbots, and data analytics
• Proven experience in AI model deployment, MLOps, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines

• Ability to architect multi-model AI solutions integrating backend, web, and mobile systems
• Strong leadership, documentation, and coordination abilities

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy, architecture, and implementation for government-scale solutions
• Guide the AI team in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying models for multiple use cases
• Review and approve prompts, pipelines, and architecture design documents
• Collaborate with functional teams to align AI initiatives with business goals
• Manage code reviews, model validation, and version control practices
• Conduct knowledge sessions and internal training on AI advancements

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies in all AI systems
