Monday to Saturday

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

The candidate will dedicate

two days per week to each centre

Monthly Salary

?20,000 per month (Fixed)

Job Purpose

The Expert Teacher - AI Tools will be responsible for

training marginalized youth

at Yuva Pragati Kendra (YPK) centres in

practical, beginner-friendly Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools

, enhancing their

digital skills, employability, and confidence

.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Curriculum Delivery

Conduct

hands-on training sessions

on AI and digital tools relevant for youth employability, such as: Basics of Artificial Intelligence AI tools for content creation, presentations, data analysis, resumes, and productivity Introduction to prompt writing and ethical use of AI AI tools useful for education, small businesses, and entry-level jobs Adapt teaching methods to suit

first-generation learners and marginalized youth

Deliver training in a

simple, practical, and engaging manner

Centre-wise Coordination

Visit

each of the four centres twice a week

as per schedule Coordinate with YPK Centre Coordinators and ELF program staff Maintain discipline, inclusivity, and a positive learning environment

Student Progress & Reporting

Track student attendance and learning progress Conduct basic assessments, practice tasks, and demonstrations Share

monthly progress updates

with ELF program team

Content & Capacity Building

Support ELF in developing

training modules, worksheets, and practice exercises

Encourage students to apply AI tools for real-life use cases such as job search, learning support, and entrepreneurship

Eligibility & Qualifications

Essential

Background in IT, Computer Science, Digital Skills, or related fields Strong working knowledge of

AI tools and digital platforms

Prior experience in

teaching, training, or mentoring youth

Ability to communicate concepts in

simple English and/or Hindi

(Marathi preferred) Willingness to travel to all four centres regularly

Preferred

Experience working with

NGOs, community centres, or marginalized communities

Passion for social impact and youth empowerment

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience and empathy while working with marginalized youth Practical, hands-on teaching approach Time management and reliability Basic reporting and documentation skills
