Interview Captain: o Coordinate smooth, enjoyable interview experiences from first contact to final handshake (or virtual high-five). o Work closely with hiring managers to define roles and sharpen interview strategies. 4. Tech Enthusiast: o Stay ahead of trends in AI and IT recruitment--because you're not just hiring, you're shaping our organization's future.Share insights on the AI market to guide recruitment strategies. 5. Pipeline Mastermind: o Build a pipeline of extraordinary talent by nurturing long-term relationships with candidates. o Maintain records so organized, they'd make a database blush. Who You Are (Your Superpowers): ? You've got 2 - 4 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in tech or IT. ? You're deeply familiar with hiring for AI-related roles--bonus points if you can talk neural networks and APIs with candidates! ?Strong communication skills and the ability to make connections both online and IRL. ?You're detail-oriented yet creative--because finding top talent isn't just science, it's an art. ? Tools like ATS systems and Boolean search strings are already your best friends
