Key Responsibilities


Solutioning and Implementation: Design and implement innovative solutions using platforms such as Aisera, Moveworks, Amelia, Kore.AI, Microsoft Co-pilot, and Azure OpenAI. Customer Engagement: Act as a customer-facing expert, understanding their needs, and translating them into actionable solutions. Storytelling and Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and stories to stakeholders, showcasing the value and capabilities of our AI solutions. Pre-deployment Activities: Conduct thorough assessments and prepare the environment for deployment. Post-deployment Support: Provide ongoing support to ensure the solutions operate at peak efficiency, addressing any issues that arise. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer support to deliver successful AI solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions and processes.
Qualifications


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in solutioning and implementing AI and Co-pilot platforms such as Aisera and Kore.AI. 8-12 years of overall experience in IT operation (Infrastructure Ops and App Ops), AI, and automation. Hands-on knowledge of platforms including Moveworks, Amelia, Microsoft Co-pilot, and Azure OpenAI. * Excellent storytelling capabilities and presentation skills.
