Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Designing, developing, and implementing AI models and algorithms to address business challenges and improve processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions. Optimising and fine-tuning existing AI models to enhance their accuracy, efficiency, and performance. Deploying AI solutions into production environments and ensuring their integration with existing systems. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of AI systems, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes. Providing technical expertise and guidance on AI-related projects and initiatives.
Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 4+ years of experience as an AI Specialist, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role in AI development. Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning techniques. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Strong knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Peras). Knowledge of cloud platforms for AI deployment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with big data technologies and tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
