Hiring AI Specialist:

We're looking for an AI Specialist with 1-2 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, and data analytics, especially in logistics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI models to tackle logistics challenges, and a good understanding of supply chain, route planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy AI models to improve logistics like route planning, maintenance, inventory, and forecasting. Work with teams (logistics, data science, engineering) to integrate AI solutions into daily operations. Analyze data to find trends and insights that help improve decision-making and operations. Use machine learning to create solutions that support business goals in logistics. Monitor AI performance and make improvements based on data and feedback. Collaborate with logistics teams to solve real-world challenges in transportation and warehousing. Stay updated on AI and logistics trends to keep improving systems. This keeps the main points but makes it much more straightforward

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Logistics, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science (logistics preferred). Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages. Familiar with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Experience with data analysis and working with large datasets (SQL, Hadoop, Spark). Knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain optimization. Strong problem-solving and ability to implement AI solutions. Experience in NLP, computer vision, or deep learning. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Understanding of logistics software systems (TMS, WMS).
