Role purpose
This role will provide strategic leadership in conceptualizing, architecting, and delivering transformative AI solutions while driving innovation, and ensuring alignment between technical excellence and business objectives.
Accountabilities

• Lead the design and architecture ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide architectural guidance and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Work closely with Product and Business stakeholders to understand the needs of the business and engineering teams ensuring the platform meets the needs of the users.
• Define implementation approaches, algorithms, and code structures to meet requirements.
• Stay up to date on latest trends and new technologies in the AI space, evaluate their potential to introduce into our ecosystem based on their potential impact.
• Architect experience and responsibility includes defining, prototyping and recommending the technology solutions, detailing the implementation design and identifying interfaces with other products for integration.

• Strong solution design, logical and reasoning skills
• Ability to deliver POCs/ MVPs, technology evaluations following design thinking practices
• Ability to orchestrate efforts needed to prioritize business initiatives across complex change agendas
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to explain technical information to individuals who don't have the same technical background
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Teamwork, team management and leadership skills.

In this context, Employee may contribute to inventions, designs, other work product, including know-how, copyrights, software, innovations, solutions, and other intellectual assets.
Qualifications
Knowledge, experience & capabilities

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 6-8 years' experience in cloud architecture
• Strong understanding of SQL database
• Knowledge of SAP fundamentals and SAP Joule
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
