Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

AI Solution Lead

with deep expertise in

Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise automation

. The role requires ownership of

end-to-end AI solution architecture

, leadership of AI engineering teams, and delivery of scalable AI systems for

Finance Operations and ERP AMS environments

.

Key Responsibilities

Design and own

end-to-end AI solution architectures

for Finance Ops, ERP AMS, and Managed Services use cases. Lead development of

Agentic AI workflows

using

LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, and Semantic Kernel

. Architect and implement

RAG pipelines

, embeddings, and vector databases using

Pinecone, Chroma, or FAISS

. Integrate AI solutions with

Oracle, SAP, and Finance Ops systems

through APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Build and optimize

prompt chains

for autonomous agents with strong governance, observability, and auditability. Define

reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, and common components

for the MS AI Factory. Collaborate with Finance, ERP, and business SMEs to convert pain points into scalable AI use cases. Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, delivering production-ready solutions in

6-week sprint cycles

. Ensure security, compliance, scalability, and performance of AI systems in enterprise environments.
Mandatory Skills

8-12 years of experience in

AI/ML, automation, or software engineering

Advanced proficiency in

Python

and API development Strong hands-on experience with

LLM frameworks

(LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel) Expertise with

LLM APIs

(OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral) Proven experience in

Agentic AI and intelligent automation

Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns
Nice to Have Skills

Experience delivering AI solutions for

Finance Ops, ERP AMS, or Managed Services

Hands-on knowledge of

vector databases and embedding strategies

Exposure to

Oracle, SAP, OIC

, and large enterprise systems Experience defining

AI governance, compliance, and audit frameworks

Prior experience building internal

AI platforms or AI factories
