About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

AI Software Developer

to design, develop, and deploy intelligent conversational systems including

chatbots and AI voice agent

using modern AI technologies. You will play a key role in enhancing automated customer interaction systems and integrating voice & text bots with backend systems to improve user engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Conversational AI & Bot Development

Design, build and maintain

AI-driven chatbots, Agentic AI and voice bots

for customer service, support, and automation. Develop conversational workflows using platforms such as

Google Dialogflow (CX/ES)

,

Microsoft Bot Framework

,

Rasa

,

Kore.ai

,

Amazon Lex

, or equivalent. Integrate chatbots with AI voice agent and contact center platforms to unify voice + digital channels. Implement NLP/NLU techniques for intent recognition and context management. Ensure conversation logic is accurate, context-aware, and aligned with business requirements.

Backend Development & Integration

Write scalable, maintainable code in

Python.

Build and manage APIs,

RESTful services

and backend integrations (CRM, databases, support systems). Integrate voice recognition (STT) and speech synthesis (TTS) components as needed.

Collaboration & Documentation

Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, UX, QA, and operations. Write clear documentation for design, APIs, decision logs, and deployment guides.

Soft Skills

Strong

problem-solving

and analytical abilities. Excellent

communication and collaboration

skills. Ability to manage priorities and work independently or in teams.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Experience with cloud platforms like

AWS, GCP, Azure

for AI deployment. Knowledge of

speech APIs

(Twilio, Genesys, Nuance, etc.). Exposure to

Generative AI models

(OpenAI GPT, Claude, etc.). Contact center technology experience or certification. Familiarity with telemetry, analytics dashboards for conversational monitoring.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
