Overview


We are looking for an SDE to join our growing AI team and build out the next generation of our platform. The ideal candidate is a hands-on backend application builder with significant experience in developing and deploying scalable systems. We're looking for someone with experience in Python/Django application engineering and system design knowledge with fast implementation skills. They must have strong, firsthand technical expertise in configuration management and the proven ability to implement robust scalable solutions to manage large-scale AI model deployments and AI pipelines. They must be at ease working in an agile environment with little supervision. This person should embody a passion for continuous improvement and test-driven development/deployment.

Responsibilities

Design and develop a scalable AI pipeline processing platform using various configuration management technologies. Test software development methodology in an agile environment. Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems and platforms. Collaborate cross-functionally with AI engineers, backend engineering, Product/Project managers, etc to achieve elegant solutions. Analyze, design, and develop test cases and test automation suites for AI pipelines. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Work alongside other engineers in the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience working with technologies like Django, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, etc. Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks. Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent experience. We're looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in B2B, has a BS degree in computer science or similar, and is familiar with the following software/tools: Knowledge of basic frontend development is desirable Experience with modern programming languages like Python(preferred), Java, etc. Experience with building APIs and services using REST, SOAP, etc. Experience with scripting languages like Shell, Bash, etc. Understanding agile development, CI/CD, sprints, code reviews Experience working with GenAI tools for Frontend development, Coding, reviewing, documentation, etc. Experience with monitoring technologies like ELK, Graphana, etc. * Experience with deployment automation technologies like Docker, kubernetes, etc. will be a big plus.
