We are seeking a motivated, strategic, and solution-driven AI Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and help businesses unlock new growth opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for inspiring and managing a team of Sales Executives, developing innovative strategies, and delivering consultative solutions that meet evolving client needs. Key Responsibilities:



Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Executives to consistently achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets. Understand diverse client business challenges and craft tailored, solution-oriented proposals that demonstrate clear business value. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers across industries. Drive strategic sales initiatives, focusing on delivering impactful business solutions rather than transactional sales. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to refine and adapt sales strategies. Collaborate closely with internal teams (solution design, operations, support) to ensure seamless solution delivery and exceptional client experience. Maintain accurate records of opportunities, interactions, and providing data-driven insights to leadership. Adapt to fast-changing business priorities, maintaining focus, efficiency, and a proactive mindset in a high-velocity environment. Champion continuous improvement in sales processes, team productivity, and solution innovation.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. MBA is a strong plus. 5+ years of experience in sales management, business development, or solution-oriented consultative selling (preferably in technology, B2B, or service industries). Proven ability to develop creative business solutions that address complex challenges. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and grow a high-performing sales team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong client-first mindset. Exceptional problem-solving ability and analytical thinking. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with shifting priorities. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
