Role Overview

We are looking for an AI & Robotics Lab Teacher/Trainer to deliver coding, robotics, and foundational AI education to K-12 students through engaging, practical, and experiential learning.

The role involves conducting lab sessions, managing lab infrastructure, guiding student projects, and fostering curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills in school environments.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct AI, Coding, and Robotics lab sessions for K-12 school students

Teach age-appropriate concepts, including:

Coding fundamentals (Scratch, Blockly, basic Python) Robotics fundamentals (sensors, motors, controllers) Introductory AI concepts (logic, patterns, simple real-world applications)
Guide students through hands-on activities, experiments, and project work

Operate, maintain, and manage robotics kits, AI tools, and lab equipment

Follow Inventant's structured lesson plans while adapting delivery to student levels

Encourage creativity, teamwork, logical reasoning, and inquiry-based learning

Assess student progress through worksheets, practical tasks, and observations

Maintain lab discipline, safety standards, and equipment records

Coordinate with school staff and Inventant's academic team for smooth lab operations

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Electronics, or Education with strong STEM exposure

1-3 years of experience as a Robotics Trainer, Coding Teacher, or STEM/AI Instructor in a school or training institute

Hands-on experience with Scratch, Blockly, and basic Python

Experience with robotics platforms such as Arduino, micro: bit, LEGO, or similar

Strong communication skills and the ability to engage school students

Passion for technology education and classroom teaching

Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior experience teaching in K-12 school environments

B.Ed or teaching certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Familiarity with NEP 2020, coding, and AI curriculum

Ability to simplify technical concepts into interactive classroom activities

Energetic, patient, and classroom-ready personality
