Key Responsibilities1. Perception & 3D Vision
Develop and optimize algorithms for
3D reconstruction, SLAM, object detection, pose estimation, and spatial mapping
.
Integrate stereo cameras, depth sensors, LiDAR, and 3D capture modules.
Implement
sensor fusion
pipelines combining vision, IMUs, and other feedback signals.
Work with real-time 3D model processing (meshing, point cloud filtering, ICP, segmentation).
2. Robotics Control & Autonomy
Build motion planning, path optimization, and task-level autonomy engines.
Develop control algorithms for manipulators, cobots, AMRs, and custom robotic systems.
Implement low-latency middleware using ROS/ROS2, microcontrollers, or RTOS.
3. AI & Machine Learning
Design AI models for
robot decision-making, anomaly detection, action prediction, and behavior planning
.
Optimize ML models for
on-device deployment
(GPU, NPU, FPGA, or ASIC environments).
Work with multimodal inputs: video, depth, IMU, force-torque, and 3D geometry.
4. Systems Integration
Integrate AI modules with hardware: cameras, motor controllers, PLCs, microcontrollers, and embedded boards.
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to deliver production-ready robotic systems.
Test, calibrate, and validate systems in real industrial or field environments.
Required Qualifications
BS/MS/PhD in Robotics, Computer Vision, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Strong programming in
Python
and
C++
.
Experience with:
ROS/ROS2
, SLAM systems, 3D vision libraries (OpenCV, PCL, Open3D)
Deep learning frameworks:
PyTorch / TensorFlow
Real-time embedded development and optimization
Solid understanding of kinematics, dynamics, control theory, and state estimation.
Preferred Experience
Worked on
industrial robotics
, welding automation, material handling, or cobot applications.
Experience with
FPGA, GPU, or NPU-based acceleration

Understanding of edge AI deployment and model compression (quantization, TensorRT, ONNX runtime).
Familiarity with 3D capture, 4K spatial cameras, and millimeter-level precision systems.
