Job Description

AI Research: Proactively research and stay updated on the latest AI advancements, tools, frameworks, and trends relevant to industrial applications, with a focus on the polymer industry.

Idea Evaluation: Assess emerging AI ideas and technologies to determine their feasibility for improving TMT Polymers' operations, such as manufacturing processes, quality control, inventory management, or supply chain optimization.

Solution Development: Design, develop, and prototype AI-based solutions tailored to the company's needs, including predictive analytics, process automation, or data-driven decision-making tools.

Implementation: Lead the integration of AI solutions into existing workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption to operations.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, purchase, MIS, and management) to identify AI use cases and implement solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.

Testing and Validation: Rigorously test AI models and tools to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment with business goals.

Documentation and Reporting: Document research findings, implementation processes, and outcomes in detailed, clear reports for stakeholders.

Training and Knowledge Sharing: Provide training and guidance to team members on AI tools and their applications to ensure effective adoption across the organization.
