Job Summary:

The AI Prompt Engineer will be responsible for designing, testing, and refining high-quality prompts to generate accurate, brand-aligned, production-ready outputs across images, videos, copy, and concepts for Bilara Group's marketing, branding, and content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Prompt Engineering & AI Content Creation Create optimized prompts for: Image generation (architecture visuals, interiors, concepts) Video generation (reels, cinematic sequences, explainers) Copy generation (ads, scripts, captions, storytelling) Convert creative briefs into structured, reusable prompt frameworks Maintain prompt consistency with Bilara's brand tone, design language, and ethics
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

Strong understanding of prompt engineering principles Experience working with multiple AI content tools Ability to think in logic, constraints, and outputs Strong written communication (English mandatory; Malayalam is a plus)
Basic understanding of:

Architecture / construction terminology Visual composition and storytelling
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
