Role Overview

We are looking for a

hands-on AI Prompt Architect

who will design, optimize, and deploy advanced prompt strategies and AI agent workflows. This role focuses on selecting the right LLMs for the right tasks, building collaborative AI agents, and ensuring fast, accurate, and user-friendly outcomes across Aertrip's AI products.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ship production-ready AI solutions and MVPs rapidly.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrompt Engineering & LLM Optimization

Design, craft, and refine high-quality prompts for LLMs such as

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, LLaMA

, and others Optimize prompts for accuracy, performance, and cost-efficiency Evaluate and select LLMs based on

task suitability, latency, scalability, and output quality

Agentic AI Architecture

Build a

Master AI Agent

capable of breaking down user queries and routing them to specialized agents (Flights, Hotels, Booking, Support, etc.) Design and implement a

Quality Analyzer Agent

to validate outputs against user intent, ensure correctness, and reroute tasks when required Continuously improve agent workflows for

speed, accuracy, and reliability

Multimodal & User Experience Integration

Implement

multimodal AI interfaces

including voice, text, and video Enable

multilingual capabilities

using third-party plugins and language tools Integrate

visual AI assistants

(e.g., Tavus.io) to enhance user interaction Enable

GUI + AI fusion

, allowing AI agents to visually interact with on-screen elements and workflows
System & Data Integration

Connect LLMs with

internal databases, APIs, and tools

to provide context-aware and personalized responses Work with vector databases and retrieval systems to improve AI grounding and relevance
Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience working with

AI, LLMs, or automation systems

Strong programming skills in

Python

with experience in APIs and backend integrations Hands-on experience with

prompt engineering

, LLM orchestration, and evaluation Familiarity with

LangChain, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-based systems

Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to ship

MVPs quickly

Passion for AI, automation, and real-world applications
Nice to Have

Degree from

top-tier engineering institutions

(IITs, NITs, or equivalent) Master's degree in

Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields

Experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying

LLMs or AI agents in production

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
