This position is located in India and will require up to 25% travel.

About the Role:




We are looking for an AI Programs & Delivery Lead, who will be responsible for the seamless, high-quality execution of AI programmatic experiences across J&J R&D, ensuring programs are delivered with scale, consistency, and impact.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead the planning and execution of all AI learning experiences - including workshops, onboarding, executive sessions, and hands-on training events. Liaise with key partners across L&D, IT, Legal, and Comms, as well as with external vendors, to ensure smooth execution and platform readiness. Own and maintain the execution roadmap, including quarterly training calendars, launch schedules, and event timelines. Oversee logistics from end to end: registration flows, scheduling, materials, live support, and follow-up. Track and report operational KPIs and adoption metrics, including attendance, satisfaction, completion rates, post-session engagement, and early indicators of behavior change. Identify and address execution challenges proactively - using feedback and data to continuously optimize both the learner experience and operational delivery.

Qualifications:



A minimum education level or a Master's degree or MBA is preferred A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences is required. Proven experience in program management, training operations, or large-scale capability-building is highly preferred. Strong presentation skills, particularly to senior-level stakeholders is required. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and engage with cross-functional teams is required. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex logistics across global teams. * Digital savviness in sharing information and leveraging digital tools for communication is required.
