Position Overview:

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support our Data Strategy & AI team. This role focuses on ad hoc data analysis to ensure the delivery of high-quality AI solutions. Please note this is not a Data Scientist role building AI models, it is a data exploration and preparation role.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends and anomalies in a wide variety of smart buildings data -predominantly IoT time-series data, but not limited to this Use Python and SQL to support team decision-making, features definition and technology mapping Conduct data quality checks and data cleaning to ensure high quality data is available for building AI models Generate insights from data to inform product features and enhancements Create reports and dashboards based on specific business queries, using e.g., PowerBI Work closely with AI data scientists, engineers and product teams to understand analytical needs, translate requirements into data tasks and communicate findings effectively Proactively identify opportunities to streamline data analysis

Required Skills:

Min 3 years experience in hands-on data analysis. 4-6 years professional experience. Minimum basic understanding of AI technologies and data science principles. Strong analytical skills with experience in Python and SQL for data analysis. Experience with statistical methods and data mining. Hands-on experience with PowerBI or similar. Excellent communication skills for bridging technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Previous experience in an AI or data-focused environment, and with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS) Familiarity with IoT time-series data.
