Key Responsibilities
Define, prioritize, and manage the
AI-enabled platform backlog
, aligned to business outcomes.
Drive
team adoption of AI in SDLC ceremonies
, including refinement, estimation, and retrospectives.
Coach teams on
safe, effective, and compliant AI usage
, setting clear guardrails and best practices.
Establish
success metrics, feedback loops, and change management strategies
for AI adoption.
Design and run
experiments (A/B testing)
to validate gains in productivity, quality, and developer experience.
Partner with engineering, product, risk, and compliance stakeholders to ensure responsible AI use.
