You'll be the bridge between strategy and reality. When clients commit to AI Optimisation (AI/O),
you make it happen
.
Your job: Transform websites and brand presence so that AI systems--ChatGPT, Google AI, voice assistants--recognise your clients as industry authorities and cite them when customers ask questions.
This means schema markup, content architecture, technical audits, collaborating with designers, and building the tracking frameworks that prove it's working. You're not automating processes or building chatbots. You're making sure AI knows your clients are the experts.
What You'll Actually Do
Implementation & Technical Optimisation
? Audit client websites for AI Optimisation readiness (Answer Engine Optimisation + Generative Engine Optimisation)
? Implement schema markup, structured data, and site architecture changes
? Translate strategy into technical requirements (and communicate with developers where needed)
? Collaborate with designers on any necessary UI/UX changes to support AI discovery
Tracking & Measurement
? Design tracking frameworks to measure how often AI systems cite clients
? Recommend and integrate 3rd-party tools to monitor AI visibility, citation quality, and ongoing performance
? Build dashboards and reporting that show real business impact (not vanity metrics)
Strategy Into Action
? Work with clients post-launch to maintain optimisation as content evolves
? Support different service packages (from one-off audits to ongoing maintenance)
? Identify opportunities to strengthen AI authority over time
Client Collaboration
? Own the implementation relationship with clients
? Explain technical changes in human language (no unnecessary jargon)
? Proactively flag risks, suggest improvements, and deliver on timelines
What You Need
Essential
? 3-5 years of experience in SEO, technical implementation, or similar (schema markup, site architecture, structured data)
