We are looking for an experienced AI/NLP Developer to build an AI-powered Map Plotter Agent for the Indian Army's SAMA application. The role involves developing NLP models that understand Hindi-English military commands and convert them into geospatial visualizations to enhance decision-making and operational awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop NLP models for intent recognition and entity extraction from mixed-language commands.
Build secure data pipelines to extract and process tactical & operational data.
Integrate AI output with GIS layers (routes, heatmaps, markers, etc.) within SAMA.
Implement role-based access control and maintain audit logs.
Conduct testing in a sandboxed environment and ensure system compliance.
Required Skills:
Strong in Python, NLP frameworks (spaCy, Transformers, BERT, NLTK).
Experience with Machine Learning (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and GIS APIs (QGIS, ArcGIS).
Familiar with secure, air-gapped environments and API integrations.
Solid understanding of data handling (SQL, JSON, Pandas).
Qualifications:
B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
3-4 years of relevant experience in NLP/AI applications (GIS or defense preferred).
