We are seeking an AI Designer to join our creative team and revolutionize how we deliver advertising solutions. This role blends design expertise with AI-powered creativity, enabling us to generate innovative, data-driven, and personalized ad experiences. The ideal candidate is both a creative thinker and a tech-savvy innovator, capable of using AI tools to enhance storytelling, streamline production, and push the boundaries of advertising design.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and design ad campaigns using AI-powered tools.
Generate visual mockups, campaign variations, and mood boards with platforms like Sora, kling, MidJourney, DALLE, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.
Automate repetitive design tasks (resizing, localization, formatting for digital platforms).
Create personalized and dynamic ad creatives tailored to specific audience segments using AI + data insights.
Experiment with new AI technologies (AR/VR, generative video, voice, motion graphics) to build next-gen ad experiences.
Ensure AI-generated outputs follow brand identity guidelines and maintain ethical standards.
Work closely with strategists, copywriters, and data analysts to align creative outputs with campaign objectives.
Train and guide other creative team members on AI best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, or related field (Master's is a plus).
Strong foundation in graphic design, digital media, or motion design.
Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Hands-on experience with AI design platforms (MidJourney, DALLE, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Figma AI, Veo3, Higgflieds, Chatgpt, Sora, Wishk, Flow etc.).
Understanding of data-driven design, personalization, and digital ad platforms.
Excellent sense of typography, color, layout, and brand aesthetics.
Ability to adapt, experiment, and learn emerging AI/creative tech tools quickly.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with prompt engineering for generative AI tools.
Basic knowledge of coding/automation (Python, JavaScript) for creative workflows (not mandatory but a plus).
Exposure to motion graphics, AR/VR, 3D design, or generative animation.
Experience working in advertising/creative agencies with multi-platform campaigns.
Soft Skills:
Strong creativity, imagination, and curiosity for experimenting with AI.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-team work.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to balance speed + quality in high-pressure campaign timelines.
