We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions that address complex challenges. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate, optimize processes, and deliver intelligent solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Model Development:

Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems. Build and train deep learning models for tasks like image recognition, NLP, and time-series forecasting.

Data Processing:

Gather, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data. Ensure data quality, integrity, and scalability for machine learning pipelines.

Deployment and Optimization:

Deploy ML models to production using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Monitor, optimize, and fine-tune model performance.

AI Integration:

Integrate AI/ML models into applications, APIs, or cloud-based platforms. Collaborate with software developers and data engineers to implement solutions.

Research and Innovation:

Stay updated on the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and technologies. Conduct experiments to prototype innovative solutions.

Collaboration:

Work with product teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions. Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java. Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI/ML deployment. Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

Experience:

2+ years of experience in AI/ML development or a related role. Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
