Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Python and AI Research Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven systems. The ideal candidate has strong programming skills in Python, a deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts, and experience in conducting AI research and translating ideas into practical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research in the fields of AI, machine learning, and deep learning to develop innovative solutions.
Design, implement, test, and optimize ML models using Python and popular AI libraries.
Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and build predictive models.
Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and software engineers to integrate AI models into production environments.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and apply relevant techniques to real-world problems.
Document research findings and development processes clearly and concisely.
Contribute to publications, patents, or open-source projects if applicable.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Strong Python programming skills with experience in clean, modular, and well-documented code.
Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and data science concepts.
Experience with ML/DL libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas.
Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Experience in AI research, reading and implementing academic papers.
Familiarity with algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
Knowledge of model deployment tools (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Docker, AWS/GCP) is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field. Ph.D. is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications :
Publications in AI/ML conferences or journals.
Contributions to open-source AI projects.
Experience with LLMs, NLP, generative models, or reinforcement learning.
Familiarity with tools like Weights & Biases, MLflow, or Jupyter Notebooks.
Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced, and research-oriented environment.
