AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced

AI/ML Engineer

with deep technical expertise in machine learning, deep learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong programming foundation in Python and hands-on experience with modern ML/DL frameworks.

Responsibilities

Design and implement robust machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. Develop and optimize algorithms for unsupervised learning, ensuring high performance and accuracy. Collaborate with data engineers to create efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes that streamline data integration. Engage in database design and management, ensuring data is structured for optimal access and analysis. Utilize programming languages like Python, Java, and C to build scalable applications that support AI initiatives. Run machine learning tests and experiments, and document findings and results Construct optimized data pipelines to feed machine learning models Conduct model training and deployment, ensuring seamless integration into production environments. Leverage big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark to analyze large datasets effectively. Explore natural language processing techniques to enhance user interactions with AI systems.

Skills and qualifications

2.5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and deep learning. Impeccable analytical and problem-solving skills Extensive math and computer skills, with a deep understanding of probability, statistics, and algorithms In-depth knowledge of machine learning frameworks, like Keras or PyTorch Familiarity with data structures, data modeling, and software architecture Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred qualifications

Proven experience as a machine learning engineer or similar role Familiarity with Python, Java, and R Excellent communication and collaboration skills Innovative mind with a passion for continuous learning General knowledge of building machine learning systems * Master's/ Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, mathematics, or related field
