Job Title : AI/ML Engineer

Location

: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using PyTorch and TensorFlow. Implement scalable APIs and services using

FastAPI

for model integration. Apply

Scikit-learn

and other ML libraries to build classical ML solutions where relevant. Develop

Generative AI

models and integrate

RAG pipelines

for intelligent information retrieval. Experiment with and implement

Agentic AI frameworks

for autonomous decision-making systems. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to align AI initiatives with business needs. Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in production environments. Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI/ML and apply them in practical scenarios.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role. Strong proficiency in

PyTorch

and

TensorFlow

. Experience with

FastAPI

for developing and deploying APIs. Solid understanding of

Scikit-learn

and traditional ML techniques. Proven expertise in

Generative AI (GenAI)

. Hands-on experience with

RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)

implementations. Experience building and deploying

Agentic AI systems

. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills.

Good-to-Have:

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI/ML deployment. Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus). Experience with MLOps frameworks for model lifecycle management. Contributions to AI/ML open-source projects or published research.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in:Computer Science / Engineering Mathematics Statistics or related quantitative fields
