Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary: We're looking for a visionary "AI Research and Innovation Practitioner" to develop new algorithms, enhance existing models, and explore novel applications of AI to address complex challenges faced by our clients. The position is open across multiple areas of AI and Gen including Speech and Audio, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing and Multimodal AI. Roles & Responsibilities: - Building novel solutions to the challenging problem faced by industry - Collaboration with Responsible AI, Delivery leads, and Academia - Real world applications: digital assistants, healthcare agents, enterprise automation - Leading research and publishing in top tier conferences - Mentoring and building the next wave of AI talent. Professional & Technical Skills: - We also have emerging research tracks on Agentic AI autonomous, goal driven intelligent systems that can reason, plan, and adapt using AI. - Experience in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/Natural Language Processing/Computer Vision/Speech Processing/Multi Modal Processing - Research and making tangible impact to lead innovation at scale. Additional Information: - PhD in CS/EE/Math/AI/Statistics or similar disciplines from a top tier institute (IIT/IISc/ISI/IIIT). - The locations where candidate can be posted are Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Gurgaon, and NCR. - A 15 years full time education is required.
