Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and deploy advanced Generative AI and ML solutions to enhance financial analytics products.

• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and Agentic AI systems to automate complex workflows.
• Fine-tune foundation and small language models (SLMs) for domain-specific applications.
• Collaborate with global business and technology teams to transform analytical challenges into AI-driven insights.
• Deploy scalable solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring code quality, automation, and performance.
• Evaluate new AI trends, frameworks, and techniques to strengthen enterprise AI capabilities.

Requirements: * 4-7 years of overall experience in software or AI development, with at least 2 years in AI/ML-focused projects.

• Expertise in Python, data structures, algorithms, and scalable design principles.
• Proven experience with GenAI frameworks, fine-tuning LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI design.
• Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to NLP, knowledge graphs, or ML Ops will be an added advantage.
