Role Purpose and Overview

We are seeking an accomplished AI ML Architect to join Wipro Technologies' vibrant team. This role is central to crafting state-of-the-art artificial intelligence and machine learning systems that solve intricate business problems and unlock new growth avenues. The successful candidate will take ownership of the architectural vision for AI initiatives, steering technological innovation and mentoring multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, impactful AI-driven solutions.


As an AI ML Architect, you will engage with stakeholders across various domains to convert strategic business objectives into scalable and maintainable AI architectures. Your expertise will guide the integration of AI workflows into cloud ecosystems, with a particular emphasis on Google Cloud Platform technologies, assuring that our AI solutions align with industry best practices, security standards, and enterprise architecture frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the principal architect designing AI and ML systems that meet diverse client needs, emphasizing scalability, robustness, and maintainability. Develop, refine, and implement innovative machine learning algorithms and predictive models to address complex data challenges efficiently. Work collaboratively with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to collect comprehensive datasets, conduct exploratory analysis, and optimize models through hyperparameter tuning and validation. Architect and manage end-to-end ML pipelines including data processing, model training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining workflows using modern MLOps practices. Maintain strict adherence to AI governance standards, oversee version control using platforms like GitHub, and ensure secure and performant production environments. Lead cloud-native AI deployments leveraging Kubernetes orchestration to enable containerized, scalable, and resilient AI applications in production. Champion mentorship and knowledge sharing across teams, nurturing a culture of innovation, continual learning, and technical excellence. Engage proactively with clients to capture requirements, provide strategic AI guidance, and translate feedback into impactful solutions that elevate client satisfaction. Stay informed of advancements in AI/ML research, tools, and industry trends, integrating these insights to elevate project methodologies and capabilities.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

At least 8 years of progressive experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles within relevant industry contexts. Proven expertise in Google Cloud Platform AI/ML services such as AI Platform, AutoML, BigQuery ML, and Kubernetes Engine, with hands-on deployment experience. Advanced proficiency in Python programming, including mastery of essential libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pandas, and related ML frameworks. Demonstrated success in delivering production-grade machine learning models featuring robust tracking, monitoring, and performance enhancements. Strong SQL skills enabling complex querying, data extraction, and manipulation in large-scale datasets. Experience utilizing version control systems, particularly GitHub, to support collaborative development and code quality assurance. Deep understanding of container orchestration with Kubernetes to manage scalable AI workloads effectively. Comprehensive familiarity with the complete machine learning lifecycle--from data gathering and EDA to modeling, evaluation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Additional experience in specialized AI fields such as natural language processing, computer vision, or advanced deep learning architectures is highly valued and will strengthen candidacy.
