Engineering & Deployment

+ Build, train, and optimize

ML/DL models

for real-world applications across domains.
+ Collaborate with MLOps teams for

model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management

.
+ Ensure solutions follow best practices in

scalability, reproducibility, and responsible AI principles

.

Mentorship & Collaboration

+ Mentor junior engineers and data scientists in

ML best practices and solutioning

.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to

translate business problems into AI/ML solutions

.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

9-10 years in AI/ML with at least

6-7 years in data science and ML engineering

.

Technical Expertise:

+ Strong expertise in

predictive modeling, regression, classification, and neural network architectures

.
+ Proficiency in

deep learning frameworks

(TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
+ Skilled in

Python, ML libraries (scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas)

, and data pipeline tools.
+ Experience with

model deployment, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

.
+ Familiarity with

cloud ML platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI)

.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving, solution-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills to work with both

technical and business stakeholders
