Role Overview
The AI Lead will be responsible for leading AI/ML initiatives, designing intelligent solutions, and guiding the team in building scalable, data-driven products aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end AI/ML model development and deployment
Define AI strategy, architecture, and roadmaps
Work on data analysis, model training, validation, and optimization
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams
Mentor junior AI engineers and analysts
Stay updated with latest AI trends and best practices
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision
Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Experience with data pipelines and analytics
Problem-solving and leadership skills
