A Technical Trainer is responsible for educating employees, students, or clients about specific technologies (AI, Robotics, AR/VR, IOT, Drone), tools, or software.
Their role includes designing training programs, delivering sessions, and ensuring learners gain practical knowledge.
1. Training Program Development & Delivery
2. Assessing & Evaluating Learners
Develop quizzes, assessments, and projects to measure learner progress.
Provide constructive feedback and improvement strategies.
Track and report training effectiveness through performance metrics.
3. Supporting Learners
Address trainee questions and clarify complex concepts.
Offer one-on-one mentoring or additional learning resources when needed.
Motivate and encourage learners to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.
4. Staying Updated with Industry Trends
Keep up with new technologies, software updates, and industry best practices.
Obtain relevant certifications and attend industry workshops or webinars.
5. Collaborating with Teams & Management
Work with HR, project managers, or leadership teams to align training with company goals.
Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to improve future training sessions.
Assist in on boarding new candidates with technical training programs.
6. Managing Training Tools & Platforms
Use Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Leverage virtual training tools such as Google Meet Zoom, Microsoft Teams.
Develop online courses, recorded lectures, and interactive modules.
