We are seeking a creative and data-driven AI Growth Marketing Specialist to drive content, campaigns, and lead generation for our products. This role combines strategic messaging, AI-driven content creation, and campaign execution to grow brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Content & Messaging: Develop positioning, messaging, and GTM collateral including decks, case studies, one-pagers, and ABM packs.
• Narrative Building: Translate insights from SMEs and customers into story-driven marketing assets.
• Campaign Execution: Plan, run, and optimize integrated campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Performance Tracking: Measure and report on KPIs such as meetings, pipeline, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
• Social Marketing: Manage founder and brand handles (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Reddit) with a consistent and engaging voice.
• Content Creation: Write posts, carousels, and snippets that enhance visibility and thought leadership.
• Web & Conversion: Draft landing pages, blogs, and ad copy to drive engagement and conversions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design and development teams to ensure brand clarity and consistency.
• AI-Driven Workflow: Leverage AI tools for ideation, content creation, analytics, and automation to scale output.

Success Metrics (90-120 Days)

• Deliver 2-3 integrated content or growth campaigns per month with clear goals for meetings and pipeline.
• Establish consistent social media cadence for founder and company accounts with measurable engagement.
• Achieve strong narrative clarity across all marketing channels and assets.
• Drive a +30% increase in demo requests or lead conversions.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in SaaS, enterprise, or tech marketing (startup or agency experience preferred).
• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, strategic, and persuasive marketing content.
• Hands-on experience running campaigns and tracking performance metrics.
• Familiarity with AI marketing and automation tools such as Webflow, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Notion AI, Zapier, HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
• Proven ownership of GTM campaigns or product launches with measurable outcomes.

Nice-to-Haves

• Basic SEO knowledge.
• Light video editing skills.
• Experience in event marketing or community building.
