Objective of the Role:
We are seeking a creative Ai Graphic Designer who can blend design fundamentals with the power of modern AI tools to create compelling visual assets for our e learning courses. You will work closely with instructional designers and content teams to produce high-quality graphics, templates, banners, posters, and digital learning materials.

Create high-impact graphics, illustrations, icons, posters, social creatives, and visual templates using AI tools like Midjourney, DALLE, Runway, Claude, etc.
Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or equivalent tools to refine and finalize Ai AI-generated visuals.
Design visually appealing slides, infographics, and layouts for e-learning modules.
Collaborate with instructional designers to convert concepts and scripts into engaging visuals.
Maintain organized design libraries, assets, and reusable templates.
Ensure visual consistency, brand alignment, and quality across all design outputs.
Optimize AI prompts to achieve specific visual styles aligned with course and brand guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in AI design tools (Midjourney, DALLE, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
Solid foundation in visual design principles--color theory, layout, typography, composition.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma.
Ability to refine AI-generated assets to achieve polished and professional results.
Experience in e-learning, digital media, or marketing design is a plus.
Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under deadlines.
