Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy

AI Graphic Artist

who can leverage generative AI tools along with strong design fundamentals to create high-impact visual content for marketing, branding, product, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate blends

creative direction, prompt engineering, and design execution

to deliver fast, scalable, and high-quality creatives.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience working in fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, or creative agency environments, with a strong understanding of visual trends, brand aesthetics, seasonal campaigns, and consumer-focused storytelling. The candidate should be comfortable creating creatives aligned to luxury, premium, or fast-fashion brand identities.

Create marketing creatives, social media posts, ads, banners, presentations, and branding assets using AI + design tools. Generate high-quality images using tools such as

Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALLE, Stable Diffusion

, etc. Write and refine prompts to achieve specific artistic styles, moods, and brand requirements. Experiment with different models, styles, and workflows to improve output quality and speed. Upscale, refine, and adapt AI outputs for multiple formats and platforms. Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts and execute them quickly. Maintain brand consistency across all generated and edited visuals. Perform post-production editing, retouching, and compositing using Photoshop/Illustrator.

? Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

Strong foundation in

graphic design principles

(layout, typography, color theory). Hands-on experience with

AI image generation tools

(Midjourney, Firefly, Stable Diffusion, etc.). Proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

. Ability to write effective

prompts and creative instructions

. Portfolio demonstrating both AI-generated and manually refined design work.

Good to Have

Experience with

Canva, Figma, After Effects, Runway, Pika

, or similar tools. Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing. Experience creating creatives for ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn). Knowledge of image rights, licensing, and AI ethics.

Education

Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field preferred. Strong portfolio can substitute formal education.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
