Job Title: AI Governance Engineer

As an AI Governance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing frameworks, policies, and tools that ensure our AI systems are designed, deployed, and maintained in a responsible and ethical manner. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
What You Will Do:

• implement AI governance frameworks and policies to ensure ethical and responsible AI development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate governance practices into the AI development lifecycle.
• Assist Security team\'s risk assessments and audits of AI systems to identify and mitigate potential ethical and compliance issues.
• Create and maintain documentation related to AI governance, including guidelines, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on AI governance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI Models, governance, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with business leaders, developers and administrators to develop and deploy solutions that allow AI to be integrated into our current custom application stacks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in AI governance, compliance, or a related area.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and machine learning models.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to stay current with emerging trends and developments in AI models and governance.
