About the Role
We're a small, high-ownership product team building next-gen financial products. We're looking for an AI Generalist who can design, build, and ship agentic AI workflows and LLM-powered systems--not just experiments, but real production tools used for finance, investing, and operations.This role sits at the intersection of AI, data, and business decision-making. You'll work closely with investment and strategy teams to turn messy real-world problems into scalable AI systems.What You'll Do
Build and deploy agentic AI workflows using LLMs, APIs, and tool calling
Design internal AI tools for research automation, data extraction, and analysis
Work with structured and unstructured data (financial statements, filings, documents, text)
Experiment with prompt engineering, evaluation, fine-tuning, and retrieval (RAG)
Integrate vector databases, embeddings, and external data sources
Continuously test, iterate, and improve systems for accuracy, reliability, and speed
Translate business problems in finance and investing into AI-first solutions
Qualifications
Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar
Strong Python skills; comfortable working with APIs
Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and agent frameworks
Comfortable working with data (SQL, Pandas, or equivalent)
Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
