Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Trainer to deliver high-impact training sessions in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Data Science. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a passion for teaching and mentoring, empowering professionals to build future-ready AI skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on training sessions in AI, ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. Develop and maintain engaging training materials, labs, and real-world case studies. Mentor learners and provide query resolution post-training. Customize training programs to suit client and business needs. Collect learner feedback and recommend improvements for training delivery.

Skills:

Proficiency in Python and ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models), and Agentic AI workflows. Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deployment of GenAI models. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML/GenAI workflows.

Preferred:

Education:

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in AI/ML/GenAI, with prior training or mentoring exposure. Industry certifications in AI/ML/GenAI/Data Science. Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, and production deployment of generative/agentic AI solutions. Exposure to business-focused AI applications and Agile methodologies.
